"With our strong belief and passion for the training provided"
If you are successful in gaining a place on our fully Government funded course we will be committed to develop and support your individual requirements and skills, to ensure your progress and help you reach your goals. Each student will work closely with the course directors to ensure that the course is individually moulded to achieve the student’s full potential and specific ambitions.
With our strong belief and passion for the training provided to each student, coupled with extensive teaching experience in supporting students to progress to college placements, we are confident that each student will achieve a high level of growth within the performing arts as well as becoming well rounded, enabling them to move onto employment or further education.
We offers students the opportunity to specialise in one of three BTEC level 3 Extended Diploma courses: Musical Theatre - Singing for Stage & Studio, Acting - For Stage & Screen, Performing Arts - Triple Threat. We offer support, guidance and relevant qualification to pressure the next stage of training and career.
Our faculty boasts a host of exceptionally talented and experienced industry professionals to deliver the highest level of training as well as practical experience. Each tutor has worked as a professional performer across many West End shows, Music Videos, Tours and National TV shows.
The PAD provides two purpose-built studios fully equipped with barres, mirrors, and sound systems ensure all practical tuition is taught in a professional space. In addition to this, we have private classroom space for all contextual work and have a close relationship with our local theatre to gain practical experience in a working theatre.
We offer both funded and private placements within the course. Our aim is to offer the highest level of training for talented young people that is not defined by the individual’s financial situation. We assess each student’s eligibility and discuss funding options during your audition where we can answer all of your questions.
Each college or university will review each candidate’s application prior to being invited to audition. These qualifications highlight commitment and dedication to achieving your dream. In addition each student will achieve UCAS points while studying. This will ensure you hold the pre-requisites to progress onto a degree course.
Applying for one of our limited places is simple. Complete our online form and a member of our team with contact you to arrange a time for both parents and students to attend either one of our open days or arrange an audition at the studio giving you the opportunity for us to answer all of your questions and for you to begin your musical theatre career.
